No5 have been championing mental health and supporting young people for 50 years. We estimate if every person we helped over the past 50 years donated just £2 we would raise enough to support young peoples mental health for the next 50 years.

Perhaps you received counselling, volunteered at No5 as a counsellor, worked as a supervisor, a trustee, volunteer or supported our work with young people as a funder or community partner in Reading. About No5 Young People

Since 1971, No5 has been changing lives and providing free, confidential mental health support, counselling and preventative outreach for young people aged 11-25 who live, work or study in the ‘RG’ postcode area. We provide support face-to-face, online and in 7 local secondary schools
