How we're celebrating our 50th

No5 Stories

No5 opened its doors in 1971 to support young people’s mental health in Reading. This year, we’d like you to join us in celebrating our 50th and reflect on half a century of No5!

We’re seeking anyone who has had a connection with No5 and a story they would like to share. Perhaps you received counselling, volunteered at No5 as a counsellor, worked as a supervisor, a trustee, volunteer or supported our work with young people as a funder or community partner in Reading. We’d love to hear from you!

About No5 Young People

Since 1971, No5 has been changing lives and providing free, confidential mental health support, counselling and preventative outreach for young people aged 11-25 who live, work or study in the ‘RG’ postcode area. We provide support face-to-face, online and in 7 local secondary schools
